Claims (1)
面のほぼ法線方向から観測するために照明する装
置において、 (a) 前記対象物と観測装置との中間に配置さ
れ、前記対象物と前記観測装置とを結ぶ線をほぼ
中心軸とする円環状光源と、 (b) 該円環状光源の中心空間に、中心軸を前
記光源の中心軸にほぼ一致させて同心円状に配置
された、2個の円筒状光拡散性を有する透光性円
筒部材と、 (c) 該透光性円筒部材の前記観測装置側開口
部を閉鎖するように設けられ、前記対象物側に反
射面を、中心部に中空部をもつ反射部材と、 (d) 前記光源と該光源に近い側の前記透光性
円筒部材との間に配置され、前記光源からの光の
一部方向のもののみを部分的に遮光する部分遮光
部材と を備えてなることを特徴とする外観検査用照明
装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のもの
において、円環状光源が、円環状発光体と、該発
光体の外側に設置される円筒状の反射部材と、発
光体の下側に設置された板状円環の光拡散性を有
する透光性部材とを備えたものであることを特徴
