体は上記内筒を貫設した中心部より外周部に向け

中央部に圧入固定し、一方上記外筒は両開口端部
を、上記ゴム弾性体の傾斜する周面と漸次広がる
間隙をなすように内方へ曲げ成形したことを特徴
