流側の前記吸気通路中に流れを阻害しないような
方向にかつ内燃機関に燃料を供給するために設け
られた燃料供給器により噴出した燃料を側壁に衝
突させるように配置したリング状部材と、このリ
ング状部材に高周波振動を伝達するホーンと、こ
のホーンの前記リング状部材と反対の端部に圧着
した電歪素子と、前記絞り弁をバイパスするバイ
パス通路と、このバイパス通路の途中にこのバイ
パス通路を流れる空気流量を制御するバイパス空
気流量制御器とを有する超音波微粒化燃料供給装
置において、前記バイパス通路の出口を前記リン
グ状部材より上流側に設けかつこの出口を前記リ
ング状部材に指向たことを特徴とする超音波微粒
