本発明はクレーン等に用いられる多段ブームの
順次伸縮装置、特にクサビ装置を用いて順次伸縮
させる多段ブームの順次伸縮装置に関するもので

いて、各中間ブームを各中間ブームより基端側の
ブームに対して施錠する第1クサビをその施錠方
向に常時バネで付勢して各中間ブーム基部に設
け、各中間ブームに隣接する先端側のブームを各
中間ブームに対して施錠する第2クサビをその施
錠方向に常時バネで付勢して各中間ブーム先端部
に設け、前記第1クサビは各中間ブームに隣接す
る先端側のブームがその縮少作動の終端位置でこ
の第1クサビに設けた係合部と衝合してこの第1
クサビをバネに抗して動かすことにより非施錠状
態となり、前記第2クサビは各中間ブームの伸長
作動の終端位置でこの第2クサビに設けた係合部
が各中間ブームに隣接する基端側のブームの適所
に設けた部材と衝合してこの第2クサビをバネに
抗して動かすことにより非施錠状態となるよう構

設した3段シリンダ装置で、この3段シリンダ装
置は第4図に示すごとく、第1シリンダ4a、第
2シリンダ4b、ピストンロツド4cからなり、
各伸長側油室及び各縮少側油室をそれぞれ連通し
た従来既知のシリンダ装置で、その伸縮順序は、
実際は受圧面積差により定まると思われるが、本
発明の使用態様においてはそのいずれが先に伸縮

る。中間ブーム2はその伸長端で基端ブーム先端
部に設けた鍔部1aで阻止されそれ以上は伸長し
ない。先端ブーム3が伸長すると第1クサビ5の
係合部5aと先端ブーム3の基部3aとの衝合が
なくなり、第1クサビ5は施錠状態となる(第3

ビ5は非施錠状態となり(第2図)、従つて中間
ブーム2が縮少し始める。中間ブーム2が縮少す
ると、第2クサビ7の係合部7bと部材9との衝
合がなくなり、この第2クサビ7は施錠状態とな

先端ブームと順次摺動自在に嵌挿し、基端ブーム
と先端ブーム間に多重シリンダ装置を配設してな
る多段伸縮ブームに於いて、各中間ブームを各中
間ブームより基端側のブームに対して施錠する第
1クサビをその施錠方向に常時バネで付勢して各
中間ブーム基部に設け、各中間ブームに隣接する
先端側のブームを各中間ブームに対して施錠する
第2クサビをその施錠方向に常時バネで付勢して
各中間ブーム先端部に設け、前記第1クサビは各
中間ブームに隣接する先端側のブームがその終少
作動の終端位置でこの第1クサビに設けた係合部
と衝合してこの第1クサビをバネに抗して動かす
ことにより非施錠状態となり、前記第2クサビは
各中間ブームの伸長作動の終端位置でこの第2ク
サビに設けた係合部が各中間ブームに隣接する基
端側のブームの適所に設けた部材と衝合してこの
第2クサビをバネに抗して動かすことにより非施
錠状態となるよう構成してなる多段順次伸縮ブー
