と、上記駆動回路に設けた複数のリレーと、上記
第１制御部から出力されるハンドルの回転方向信
号に応じて上記リレーを制御する第３制御部とを
備え、上記リレーの開閉状況に応じて上記駆動回
路を流れる電流の流れ方向を正反対に切換える構
