Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the misoperations with a monitor controller for operations of screen regardless of the address added in the processes carried out midway, by delivering the operating signal to the point of coincidence between the identification data set at the side of a controller for auxiliary devices and the identification data produced from the auxiliary device names and the signal types sent from the side of a screen operating device. CONSTITUTION:The monitor screens are displayed on the screen of a CRT display device at the side of a CRT operating device 1 after the production and installation are through with an auxiliary device controller 3 and the device 1 of a monitor control for screen operation. At the same time, the auxiliary device names an signal types are set by an input device 9 at each operation input point within the screen. Furthermore the same auxiliary device names and signal types are set each operation output point to be given to a plant process 2 corresponding to the auxiliary device at the side of the device through the controller 3. Then the auxiliary device names and signal types set by the device 1 and stored in a memory 35 are collated with those supplied to a memory 36 from an input device 10 at the side of the controller 3 through a comparison means 37. Then the operating signal is delivered when the coincidence is obtained from said collation. Thus the misoperations can be avoided with a monitor controller.

Data is assigned an address and sent via an input/output memory, but conventionally, the output of operation signals to each plant auxiliary machine 8 was also done only by specifying an address. That is, in order to operate a predetermined plant auxiliary machine 8, touch the plant auxiliary machine in the plant system diagram whose symbol is displayed on the CR7 display 5,
When an operation signal is input, the operation display processing device 6 attaches a predetermined address to the data and transmits it to the auxiliary device control device 3, while the auxiliary device control device 3 stores this data in the corresponding memory address. From there, an operation signal was output to a predetermined plant auxiliary machine 8.

However, when designing and manufacturing a single-screen operation monitoring control device,
Normally, the CRT operating device 1 and the auxiliary device control device 3 are designed and manufactured at the same time by different designers. For this reason, according to the conventional method, it is necessary to match the addresses of input and output data after the design is completed, which becomes a tedious task when there are many input and output points, and there is a risk that if one mistake is made, the plant auxiliary equipment 8 will be operated incorrectly. was there.
