成るリニアパルスモータ。 (2) 前記被覆材が熱硬化性樹脂であることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
リニアパルスモータ。 (3) 前記被覆材がセラミツクスであつて、メタ
ライズ加工により被覆して成ることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のリニアパ
ルスモータ。 (4) 固定子の極歯部表面が平坦面となるように
非磁性材により被覆され、可動子としてその進行
方向の両脇に粉塵侵入防止部材が設けられ、進行
方向前後面に粉塵除去部材が設けられたものを用
いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項、第２項又は第３項に記載のリニアパルスモ
