Claims (1)
- 所定長に切断したアルミニウム系の櫛状断面平
押出材から櫛刃列側を内側にして下部を上部に対
しくの字形に折曲げ形成してウエハー受部材とし
、１対のウエハー受部材を上部を平行として櫛刃
列側面で相対せしめ、その両端においてアルミニ
ウム系のＨ形断面材から切断したサイドプレート
と結合して一体とし、その少くとも所要表面に〓
テフロン〓（ポリ４弗化エチレン）コーテイング
処理を施したことを特徴とするウエハー用キヤリ
ヤー。
