Claims (1)
- 端部がエンドカバーにより塞がれたシリンダチ
ユーブと、該シリンダチユーブ内に移動可能に挿
入されたピストンとを有し、該エンドカバーに給
排ポートが形成されたシリンダのためのクツシヨ
ン機構であつて、該エンドカバーに該給排ポート
と該シリンダチユーブ内のシリンダ室とを連通す
るクツシヨンポートおよびバイパス通路が並列に
形成され、該ピストンには該クツシヨンポート内
に入つて該シリンダ室と該給排ポートとの連通を
制限するクツシヨン部材が取り付けられたクツシ
ヨン機構において、該ピストンにはエンドカバー
に向つて開口する穴を形成し、該穴内には該クツ
シヨン部材を移動可能に設けて該クツシヨン部材
を該ピストンの外側に突出するように弾圧し、該
クツシヨンポートを該クツシヨン部材に整合して
配置したことを特徴とするシリンダ用クツシヨン
機構。
