Claims (1)
レーザビームを複数のチヤンネルに分割する手段
と、該手段によつて分割された各レーザビームの
パワー可変設定手段を備えたマルチチヤンネル出
力型レーザ装置における各チヤンネルのパワーレ
ベル表示器であつて、 上記レーザ発振器の全反射鏡のリーク光又は励
起ランプのリーク光を受光して光電変換し検出信
号を出力する受光器と、各チヤンネル毎に設けら
れ上記受光器の検出信号をそれぞれ増幅する増幅
器と、増幅された検出信号を入力として各レーザ
ビームのパワーレベルをそれぞれ表示する表示部
を有し、 該表示部は、上記レーザビームのパワー可変設
定手段に連動し入力に与えられた検出信号からパ
ワーレベル信号を発生するポテンシヨメータと、
該ポテンシヨメータが発生したパワーレベル信号
を入力とするレベルメータドライバと、該レベル
メータドライバが出力するコントロール信号によ
つて駆動されパワーレベルを表示するレベルメー
タとを具備してなり、 各チヤンネル毎にパワー可変設定手段によつて
設定されたパワーレベルを表示可能にしたことを
特徴とするマルチチヤンネル出力型レーザ装置の
パワーレベル表示器。 2 前記レベルメータは複数の発光素子を配列し
たものであり、前記レベルメータドライバが出力
するコントロール信号の変化に応じて上記発光素
子の点灯個数が変化するものである実用新案登録
