を有する緩和材料を挿入し、前記緩和材料の絶縁
材に接する両端面を凹型とし、容器壁、緩和材料
絶縁材をろう付けにより結合し、異材継手部の熱
応力割れ抵抗を向上させたことを特徴とする超電
