[Detailed explanation of the invention] In this invention, when stacked, the position of one hole,
A synergistic plastic film is formed by interposing and adhering a thin non-woven fabric between two different perforated transparent plastic films for medical use, each of which has a different hole position and does not match the other. Cut it into a rectangle of the same size, polymerize another transparent plastic film of the same size into a synergistic plastic film, leave one periphery and heat weld the other three peripheries to make a bag. This relates to medical instrument sterilization bags.

Medical instrument sterilization bags that have recently come into use use medical transparent plastic film as a material, and when forming the bag, a narrow nonwoven fabric is inserted around the inner periphery and heat-sealed. However, since this medical device sterilization bag only has a narrow non-woven fabric inserted around its internal periphery, the plastic film and non-woven fabric will separate due to the high-pressure steam during sterilization after being placed in a high-pressure steam sterilizer for a long time. There are things to do.
Even if the instruments to be sterilized can be sterilized in the high-pressure steam sterilizer, if the sterilization bag is removed from the high-pressure steam sterilizer and cooled, bacteria will enter from the separation surface and the sterilization effect will be lost.

Transparent plastic film and nonwoven fabric are bonded by heat welding, but since they are different materials, if they are exposed to high-pressure steam for a long time after bonding, the adhesive strength may decrease and they may separate. Therefore, the bag must not be left in the high-pressure steam sterilizer for longer than the time required for sterilization. However, since the high-pressure steam penetrates into the bag through the nonwoven fabric adhered to the inner periphery of the bag, it is unavoidable that the rate of infiltration is slow and it takes time for it to penetrate into the bag.

In this case, a synergistic plastic film is used on one side forming the bag body, which is made by integrally bonding a perforated transparent plastic film, a nonwoven fabric, and a perforated transparent plastic film with different hole positions, and the other side Since a non-porous transparent plastic film is used for the sterilization, high-pressure steam during sterilization penetrates into the non-woven fabric through the pores of the perforated transparent plastic film that forms the surface of the synergistic plastic film, and then passes through the non-woven fabric. It penetrates into the bag through the holes in the perforated transparent plastic film on the back side, and at the same time, it also penetrates into the bag through the holes in the perforated transparent plastic film on the back side, passing through the nonwoven fabric from the periphery of the bag. The high-pressure steam quickly penetrates into the bag and increases the sterilization effect, and since the adhesive surfaces of the bag are made of transparent plastic, the adhesion is improved and the high-pressure steam does not separate. The nonwoven fabric blocks the infiltration of bacteria and maintains a sterile state even if left for a long time.

To explain this using an example, a perforated transparent plastic film 2 for medical use is provided with a large number of small holes 1 at regular intervals, and the positions of the small holes 1 of the perforated transparent plastic film 2 are made different. A rectangular synergistic plastic film 6 of a certain size is interposed and bonded with a thin non-woven fabric 5 between it and another perforated transparent plastic film 4 having a large number of small holes 3 at regular intervals. is used as one side, and a transparent plastic film 7 of the same size and shape as the synergistic plastic film 6 is bonded to the other side, leaving the upper edge 8 to be bonded, and the other left and right and lower edge edges 9, 10, 11. Hot welding 12,
13 and 14, in the figure, 15 is a heat welded upper edge portion during sterilization, and 16 is a syringe.

The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration. When using this, the instrument to be sterilized is housed in the bag, the upper edge 8 is heat-sealed 15, and the instrument is placed in a high-pressure steam sterilizer. It is sterilized using steam. The high-pressure steam penetrates into the nonwoven fabric 5 through the large number of small holes 1 in the perforated transparent plastic film 2 that forms the surface of the synergistic plastic film 6, and the nonwoven fabric 5 allows the high-pressure steam to pass through the perforated transparent plastic film by capillary action. It penetrates into the bag body through the large number of small holes 3 in the film 4. Similarly, high-pressure steam is supplied to the upper peripheral edge 8, left and right and lower peripheral edges 9 and 1.
It penetrates into the nonwoven fabric 5 through the heat welds 12, 13, 14, and 15 of Nos. 0 and 11, and further penetrates into the bag body through the large number of small holes 3 in the perforated transparent plastic film 4, which prevents the penetration of high-pressure steam. Sterilizes large quantities of instruments to be sterilized rapidly. After sterilization and until the medical instrument is used, the nonwoven fabric 5 blocks bacteria and maintains a sterile state even if it is placed in a storage box.

Perforated transparent plastic film 2 in this proposal
The small holes 1 are provided at the same intervals vertically and horizontally. On the other hand, the small holes 3 of another perforated transparent plastic film 4 are arranged at different positions from the small holes 1, and are arranged at the same intervals vertically and horizontally. These are provided at regular intervals. Therefore, the positions of the small holes 1 and 3 in the perforated transparent plastic films 2 and 4 are different from each other, and a thin nonwoven fabric 5 is interposed between them and bonded to form a synergistic plastic film 6. Therefore, the high-pressure steam that enters through the small holes 1 cannot cross the nonwoven fabric 5 and reach the small holes 3, but instead reaches the small holes 3 along the nonwoven fabric 5 and permeates into the bag body. .

The transparent plastic film 7, which is the opposite surface of the synergistic plastic film 6, has a heat-welded surface made of the same material as the perforated transparent plastic film 4, so it has excellent adhesion and will not separate even if exposed to high-pressure steam for a long time. . Since the nonwoven fabric 5 is in close contact with not only a portion but the entire surface of the perforated transparent plastic films 2 and 4, even if a portion is separated, it will not affect the infiltration of bacteria into the bag.
