Claims (1)
- 帯電している物体の電圧を、その物体に接触す
ることなく測定する非接触式電界検出装置におい
て、前記帯電物体により生起される電界の強度を
直流信号として検出し、該直流電流出力を半導体
スイツチング素子を介して出力する如く構成する
と共に、該半導体スイツチング素子を開閉制御す
ることにより前記出力を交番信号化することを特
徴とする非接触式電界検出装置。
