- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 固体電解質およびチタニア半導体のセンサ
本体に触媒金属を担持する酸素センサにおいて、
該触媒金属は排気ガス中の可燃成分（ＣＯ，ＨＣ
）に酸素（Ｏ２）と共に窒素酸化物（ＮＯｘ）を
高活性で反応させる物質を主体として成る酸素セ
ンサ。 (2) 上記触媒金属の物質はロジウム、ルテニウ
ムである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の酸
素センサ。
