トガスをバイパスさせるホツトガスバイパス回路
Bを設けて、冷凍運転と前記バイパス回路Bを介
してホツトガスをバイパスさせる能力制御運転と
を行うごとくした冷凍装置において、第1分岐均
圧管6aと第2分岐均圧管6bとに分岐させた均
圧管6をもつ感温膨張弁7を設けて、前記第1、
第2分岐均圧管6a,6bを吸入ガス管9と前記
ホツトガスバイパス回路Bとにそれぞれ接続する
と共に、前記均圧管6に、前記第1または第2分
岐均圧管(6aまたは6b)の接続側圧力を前記
膨張弁7に選択的に作用させる切換機構を設ける
一方、冷凍運転時に過負荷を検出する過負荷検出
手段18と、該検出手段18の出力を入力して前
記切換機構を、前記膨張弁7に前記第2分岐均圧
管6bの接続側圧力が作用するごとく切換制御す
る制御手段19とを設けたことを特徴とする冷凍
