Claims (1)
- 制御流体が流れる流路管より分岐し、内面に雌
ねじ部を有する円筒状ボビンと、この円筒状ボビ
ン内を進退可能に収納されるアジヤストスクリユ
ーとを備え、このアジヤストスクリユーは前記円
筒状ボビンの雌ねじ部と螺合する雄ねじ部と、前
記流路管内に突出することによつて前記流路管の
流路面積を増減する突出部と、前記雄ねじ部と雌
ねじ部との螺合回転力を受ける頭部とを有し、前
記突出部の後退方法において、前記雄ねじ部と雌
ねじ部の螺合が解除されたとき、前記アジヤスト
スクリユーに後退方向引つ張り力が作用するのを
阻止する引つ張り力阻止手段を有する流量調整装
置。
