Claims (1)
制御弁において、前記モータの駆動軸と共に回転
する回動片と、前記回動片の回動域の所定の個所
に配設され前記回動片の接近によつて感応する検
知手段とを備え、一方、前記モータの駆動軸に回
転伝達機構を連結し、前記回転伝達機構の一端部
を弁体に係合させ、前記回転伝達機構を介して前
記弁体を変位させてその開閉を行うと共に、前記
モータの回転により回動片を変位させ、前記検知
手段が前記回動片を検知することにより前記弁体
の位置を検出するように構成することを特徴とす
る弁体位置検出機構付制御弁。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の制御
弁において、モータはステツピングモータよりな
る弁体位置検出機構付制御弁。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の制御
弁において、検知手段は近接スイツチよりなる弁
