バーと、上記カバーの環状空間に上記被検材が通
る孔を有し、かつ上記被検材の曲がりおよび搬送
中の上記被検材の径方向の軸芯振れに対し、上記
被検材と同じ径方向に動けるリングと、上記リン
グに一端を固定し、他の一端で上記斜角探触子を
保持する連結棒と、上記円筒体と上記リングと上
記被検材によつて形成される水室とを備えた超音
