Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 給紙トレイ１内に給紙台２を上下動自在に設
    け、その給紙台２上にセツトした用紙１０の最上
    紙１０′を給紙機構６で一方向に給紙するように
    した給紙装置において、前記給紙トレイ１におけ
    る給紙方向と反対側の側壁１ａに、最上紙と接す
    るアクチユエータ１３と、そのアクチユエータ１
    ３で作動されるスイツチ１２とより成る用紙上端
    検知器１４を設けたことを特徴とする給紙装置。 ２ 前記アクチユエータ１３を給紙トレイ１内に
    臨む位置と給紙トレイ１より退避する位置とに亘
    つて移動自在で、かつ常時臨む位置に付勢維持し
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の給紙装置。
