換工具が工具ポツト内にロツクされた状態、第４
図Ｂは交換工具が工具ポツト内でアンロツクされ
た状態を示している。第５図は本考案である工具
保持装置が適用される他の工具ポツトの断面図で
ある。第６図は第５図の大径交換工具の代りに小
径交換工具を挿着する他の実施例を示す断面図で
ある。

ツトの軸方向に対して直交する方向に穿設された
溝に係合した第１のボールとからなり、交換工具
が挿脱される際交換工具のシヤンク部が第１のボ
ールを介してスプリングの付勢力に抗してボール
プツシヤを前後方向に移動せしめて、交換工具の
シヤンク内部に穿設されたボール係合溝が第１の
ボールに係合して保持されることを特徴とする工
