Claims (1)
- 窒素よりも酸素の透過速度の大きな選択性酸素
透過膜よりなる酸素濃縮膜モジユールと、大気を
前記酸素濃縮膜モジユールを介して吸引透過する
ことにより酸素濃縮空気を得るように設けられた
吸引ポンプと前記酸素濃縮膜モジユールを介さず
に前記吸引ポンプにより大気を直接吸引させこの
大気の量を調節することにより、得られる酸素濃
縮空気の酸素濃度および最大流量を調節する流量
調節手段とを備えた酸素濃縮器。
