雄コネクタ2のハウジング2aに設けられたロックアー
ム受けであり1両コネクタlおよび2が完全に嵌合され
たときロックアーム3とロックアーム4とがロックされ
るようになっている。そこで従来はこのロック時に発生
するカチッという音あるいは感触を作業者の耳あるいは
手によって感知したり結合状態を目で見てコネクタが完
全に嵌合したことを確認していた。

(発明の目的および構成) 本発明は上記の点にかんがみてなされたもので、コネク
タの嵌合状態のチェックを確実にできるようにすること
を目的とし、このため複数の雌端子を有する雌端子コネ
クタの互いに隣接する2つの雌端子間に溝を設け、その
溝に接点を形成し、対応する雄端子を有する雄コネクタ
のハウジングの内面に突起部を設け、雌コネクタと雄コ
ネクタとが所定の位置で嵌合したとき雌コネクタの溝に
雄コネクタの突起部が挿入されて接点が開または閉され
、その接点の開閉に応じて警報手段によって両コネクタ
の不完全な嵌合を警報するように構成した。

ブザ−7とアースとの間に並列に接続されている。接点
9〜13はコネクタが嵌合されたときに開状態、嵌合さ
れていないときは閉状態であり、5個のコネクタのうち
1個でも嵌合されていなければ第1図の回路は閉じられ
警報ブザ−7が鳴るようになっている。

で完全に嵌合されると壁4aによって押し開かれ開状態
となる。

不安定な嵌合を警報手段によって警報するように構成し
たため、コネクタの嵌合状態を嵌合作業が行われる環境
の如何にかかわらず漏れなく確認することができるとい
う効果が得られる。
