ギ車7とを係脱して脱進作用を行なう様になされていた
。しかし、この様なピン構造のものでは加工時、或いは
タイマー動作時におけるピンの曲り、折損などによって
タイマーが止まる等の不良につながる欠点を有し、また
耐久性に乏しく、更に、タイマーの組立工程時における
時間調整作業においてもピンの損傷を起こさないようそ
の作業には高度な技術を必要とするから生産能率が著し

ンギ車に干渉しないような縁部で結ばれた左石一対をな
す噛合面部によってガンギ車を一定速度に制御するよう
にしたタイマー等の脱進機構」が提案されているが、天
府とガンギ車との係合、離脱によって時間制御を行なう
簡易脱進機では、天府とガンギ重との8間距離、ガンギ
車のガンギ歯のピッチ、アンクルの形状や寸法等の微少
な寸法の誤差によっても時間精度に大きく影響し、タイ
マーの止まりや走りにもつながる事となる為これらには
高い精度が要求されている。しかしながら、前記従来例
の様に調速板を合成樹脂で形成したものでは、周知の様
に合成樹脂は温度の変化により収縮、膨張変形が著しく
、またその成形物が大きくなる程収縮及び膨張率も大き
く寸法バラツキを生ずる事となるから、板状になされた
調速板が温度の変化にともない極めて大きく変形して寸
法のバラツキを生じ、安定した精度を得る事が出来ず時
間精度のバラツキが大きくなり、更にはタイマーの止り

加工、プレス成形加工等し−より形成し、該てん真にて
ん輪を嵌着づることによって量産に於いても精度の高い
ぜんまいタイマーの天府の製造方法を提供するものであ

9.9までの距IB(第2図)は、ガンギ車7との噛合
関係により適宜設定されるものの、前述する様に脱進機
の要部となるものであり、そのわずかな寸法誤差がガン
ギ車7とアンクル3との喰付き、又はガンギ車7の走り
というタイマーにとって致命的な不良につながる為精度
の高いものが要求されている。従って、本考案ではアン
クル3の凸部4.4及び該凸部4.4の先端噛合部9.
9を形成するにあたり、予め鋼材のプレス成形加工、或
いはフライス加工により成形した後、シェービング加工
を施す事によってより精度の高いものとするために最適

発明の効果
以上の様にこの発明によれば、てん真1と一体に形成さ

府を得る事が出来時間精度の高いタイマーを提供出来る
