装置において、回転軸をこれの軌道輪溝に嵌合さ
れた複数個の転動体を介在して保持する外輪の端
面に、前記固定コイルが固着され、一面に前記回
転ドラムが取付けられ前記回転軸に挿入固定され
た取付部材の他面に、前記回転コイルが前記固定
コイルに対向して固着され、前記回転軸および外
輪よりなる軸付きボールベアリングが固定ドラム
