この発明は、位置決め治りに関りろt)のて゛あり、特
に木造家屋において枠組の口(4,−筋かいと称せられ
る枠組の補強部材を絹みfLI lt固定・jるIごめ
の・1くルトの穴あけ位置を印すための侍16°決め治
具に関するムのである。
(従来の技術)
木造家1品にJlい−Cは、第7〜9図に承りように枠
組の社31を組み付ける際には筋かいJl 2と呼ばれ

発明の構成
(問題点を解決するための手段)
前記の問題点を解決プる為に、この発明においては、2
枚の平板を互いにその面が直角をなす状態に保持可能に
取着し、一方の平板には、前記両5ILiの交線に対し
て45°の角度をなす直線上分を説け、他方の平板には
前記45°の直ね部分の延長線とnQ記交線との交点を
通り同交線と直交するする直線上に位置−rする直線上
分を設けるという構成を採用した。
(作用)
この発明の位置決め治具は、2枚の平板のうち、両平板
の交線に対して45の角度をなす直線上分をbつ−hの
平板を筋かいの側面上に置き、交線を筋かいの角に合わ
ぜて前記45°の直線上分をポル1への員種穴をあけた
い方向に合わせると、前記平板と直角をなす他方の平板
は筋かいの嬰面に接し同他方の平板に設けられた直線上
分にボルトの員種穴の穴あけ位置が示される。
(実施例)
以下、この)を明を貝体止した一実施例を第1図〜第5
図に従って説明する。

次に以上のように構成された位置決め治具の作用を一方
の嵌合部について説明する。
まず、第2図に示すように、社15と筋かい16を嵌合
させた状態でボルト17を貫挿する箇所を決め、柱15
の側面15aと筋かい16の側面16aに線りを引く。
次に一端筋かい16を社15から取りはずす。
筋かい16にボルト17の貫挿穴18aをあけるには第
3図に示すように筋かいの側面16aに平板1の裏面が
接するようにあてる。交線4を筋かいの角に合わせて平
板3を面16b側へ回動させると、平板3の天面が而1

そこで、例えば第5図に示すよう4に45°の角度で穴
をあけられる穴あけ装置19を用い、面16bの幅の中
央に同装置19のドリルの先端を合わVた後、位置決め
治具を除き穴18aをあける。
その後、その位1Nのよ;l装置19のドリルを交換し
座掘り穴204をあける。
一方、柱15に穴をあける場合には、第4図に示すよう
に柱15の側面15aに平板1のA而が接するようにあ
てて、交!Q4を社の角に合わl!て平板3を面15b
側へ回動ざぜるど、重機3の天面が面15bに接し、か

り、その直線上分6.9.11がより明確に判別出来、
位置決め作業がし易い。
なJ3、この発明は前記実施例に限定されるものではな
く、例えばII板に設けた透孔の形状を変更したり、平
板1,3の形状を変更したり、1枚の板を折曲形成する
ことにより平板1.3が90゜をなす状態に一体的に形
成したり、第6図に示すように直線上分6,9.11を
平板1.33の周縁部で構成するなどこの発明の趣旨を
逸脱しない範囲において各部形状、構成等を任意に変更
することも可能である。
発明の効果
以上詳述したように、この発明によれば木造家屋の建造
時に柱と筋かいに対するボルトを貫挿したい箇所さえ決
めれば、社、筋かいの面上にドリルの穴あけ位置が示さ
れるので、従来のような手間をかけずに容易かつ正確に
穴あけ位置が求まり、作業時間が短縮出来るという効果
