を上記外筒に挿入することによつて上記段部に弾
性的に係合する係止爪と、上記外筒の端面に形成
されこの外筒に上記内筒を挿入するときに上記係
止爪を上記内筒の径方向内方へ弾性的に変形させ
る第２の案内溝とを具備したことを特徴とするフ
