Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a light-weight, soft filmy material easily by a simplified method in which a reinforcing material containing the same rubber polymer as the rubber of a rubberized fabric filmy material is integrally combined with the side of a spongy sheet 7. CONSTITUTION:A rubber reinforcing material containing the same rubber polymer as the rubber of the outer surface of a rubberized fabric filmy material 4 is integrally combined with one side of a spongy sheet 7 by allowing the rubber reinforcing material to permeate into the sheet 7 slightly with a small thickness of the rubber reinforcing material remaining on the outside. The sheet 7 is bonded to the filmy material 4 through an adhesive 9 at the rubber face. The reinforcing material can thus be produced separately in advance and can also be attached in any form and at any portion.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) The structure of an undulating weir made of a flexible membrane material such as rubber-coated cloth is shown in Fig. 6 (hereinafter, the membrane material will be explained using rubber-coated cloth). The undulating weir made of canvas uses a hollow body made of rubberized fabric membrane material (4) shown in Figure 7 below, and when damming up water, air or water (2) is inserted into the hollow part. When pouring water, the air and water in the hollow area are removed and the tube is contracted and laid down.

The structure of the rubberized cloth membrane material is shown in Figure 7, and it is made by covering and integrating a nylon or polyester fabric (6) with rubber (5), and the fabrics are laminated according to the required strength. The numbers will be adjusted.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in conventional undulating weirs, the membrane material is susceptible to natural or artificial damage. For example, there are penetration wounds caused by driftwood, knife wounds caused by mischief, etc. This is because the material constituting the membrane material is soft and lacks strength.

(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the present invention is to form a metal sponge-like material, for example, foamed metal, into a sheet shape as shown in FIG. Used as a reinforcing member to prevent damage.

At this time, the metal sponge-like sheet (7) shall be provided as follows. As shown in FIG. 2, at least one side of the metallic sponge-like sheet (7) is coated with rubber that is the same as or common to the outer surface rubber of the rubberized cloth membrane material (4) that is the covering. A rubber that is the same as the outer surface rubber and contains some rubber polymer is left in some thickness outside, and some of it is allowed to penetrate into the sponge-like sheet or penetrate into the entirety as a reinforcing member. integrated,
The rubber surface thereof is fixed to the covering rubberized cloth membrane material (4) via an adhesive (9). Here, the reason why the intruding rubber is made to be the same as or homogeneous with the outer surface rubber is to take adhesive properties into consideration.

Of course, as shown in FIG. 6, the sponge-like sheet may be protected from the outside by infiltrating the above rubber or another rubber or plastic from the other side. Also,
The way in which the rubber penetrates does not have to be so much that it completely fills the inside of the sponge-like sheet as shown in Figures 2 (al) and 3. In this case, it is light in weight and can be used as a reinforcing member. It has the effect of making you more flexible.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, rubber or plastic may be infiltrated so as to almost completely fill the inside of the sponge-like sheet. In this case, it is possible to obtain a reinforcing member that is less flexible than those shown in FIGS. 2 (aJ and 3) but is stronger.
