刃と、 (e) 前記印字用紙および前記固定刃と移動交
差するように移動可能に設けられ、前記固定刃と
協働して前記印字用紙の切断を行なう移動刃と、 (f) 該移動刃を支持するとともに、前記印字
用紙と平行でかつその送り出し方向と直交する軸
線のまわりに回転可能で、かつ前記固定刃に接近
離隔する方向にスライド可能に前記機枠に支持さ
れた回動枠と、 (g) 該回動枠を、前記スライド方向の一方の
位置において前記移動刃と固定刃とが対向した状
態で回転不能に掛止し、他方の位置においてその
掛止状態から離脱させる掛止手段と、 (h) 前記回動枠を前記一方の位置の方向に付
勢する付勢手段と からなるプリンタ。 (2) 前記回動枠は、前記掛止手段により掛止さ
れる一方の回転位置において、前記印字部の上方
を解放するように位置する実用新案登録請求の範
