Claims (1)

を巡る環状をなすとともに下部側が前記内筒の下
端開口に連通した油貯留部を形成した外筒とを具
備して水中に投入される捕集容器と、前記内筒の
上端の開口位置が水面から適宜長だけ下がるよう
に、前記捕集容器に取り付けられた浮子とウエイ
トとによつて前記捕集容器に作用する浮力を調節
するバランサーと、前記内筒内に下向きの噴流を
形成するために前記内筒内に開口させたノズルと
