きにレンズと同一体のメツシユカバーを備えてな
るマイクロ波放電光源装置。 (2) レンズが平板レンズであることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のマイクロ
波放電光源装置。 (3) レンズが凹レンズであることを特徴とする
