[Detailed Description of the Invention] As is well known, soundproofing sashes have a great effect on soundproofing and airtightness, but because they are airtight, the degree of inflow of outside air is small, which not only contaminates the indoor air but also prevents indoor rooms where open flames are used. Therefore, it is inevitable that there will be dangers such as oxygen deficiency. In order to cope with this problem, a ventilation system has conventionally been used in which air intake holes are bored in appropriate positions of the sash (mainly on the upper stile) and the air intake holes are opened and closed by a shutter plate to introduce outside air. However, the above-mentioned conventional device does not have a sufficient sound deadening effect, impairing the original function of the soundproof sash, and the most serious drawback is that when the conventional device is used in a kitchen where open flames are used most frequently, Due to the structure, the ventilation system is in a position almost directly facing the face, and the outside air that is supplied hits the face directly, which is disliked during winter months, and as a result of inappropriate usage, the shutter is closed and open flame is used. There is a risk of causing an oxygen deficiency accident.

詳細に説明する。
In view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the present application provides two sets of air supply holes bored at two different locations on the wall surface of the air supply box that supplies outside air into the room, and when one set of air supply holes is closed, the other air supply holes are closed. One set of air supply holes is opened, and even if the usage is inappropriate as described above, the necessary minimum amount of outside air will always be supplied, and the outside air that is supplied will not directly hit the face and cause discomfort. This invention relates to a sash with a noise-reducing ventilation device that does not muffle the outdoor noise that enters during ventilation and does not impair the original function of the soundproof sash. This will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

Reference numeral 1 denotes an air supply box attached to the upper stile 3 of the inner shoji 2 of the sliding sash, and is constructed as follows. Upper stile 3
On the left and right sides of the indoor side B of the air intake port 4,
As shown in the figure, the side plates 5, 5' are fixed by screws or other suitable means, the end of the base 7 is pivoted to the pivot 6 bored in the side plates 5, 5', and the end of the top plate 9 is fixed. The sides are brought into contact with the projections 10 of the upper stile 3, and the upper stile 3 and the side plates 5, 5' are fixed with the screws 11, 11', and the base 7 and the side plates 5, 5' are fixed with the screws 12, respectively. An air supply box 1 is configured. Therefore, by removing the screw 12, the base body 7
is opened to the indoor side B by swinging about a pivot 6, so that the inside of the air supply box 1 can be easily cleaned. In addition, in the embodiments of the present application, only the air supply box 1 configured as described above is shown, but this is not limited to the above, and if the structure of the upper stile 3 is different, the air supply box 1 is of course The configuration of 1 is also different,
Regarding the shape of the box, it is also possible to use a box with a polygonal or arcuate cross section other than the substantially rectangular cross section shown in the drawings, and the main point is that it is attached to the opening of the intake hole 4 of the upper stile 3, as described later. As long as it satisfies the function and effect, it does not matter what the configuration shape is.

As shown in a developed view in FIG. 3, two sets of numerous air supply holes 13, 13' are bored in the wall of the air supply box 1. In this embodiment, one set of air supply holes 13 is arranged in the front wall 8 of the air supply box 1, and the other set of air supply holes 1
3' is bored in the top plate 9, and each air supply hole 1
3 and 13' are located so as to correspond to each other (directly facing each other vertically as shown by the arrows). The total opening area of the air supply holes 13' formed in the top plate 9 is determined so that the minimum amount of air necessary for ventilation is supplied. Next, 14 is the air supply hole 13,1
A shutter plate 14 is slidably superposed on a front wall 8 and a top plate 9 having holes 3', and the shutter plate 14 is provided with ventilation holes 15, 15' located as shown below. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, one set of air supply holes 13 bored in the front wall 8 and the ventilation holes 15 bored in the shutter plate 14 overlapping the front wall 8 portion coincide with each other. When the air supply holes 13 are opened, the other set of air supply holes 13' bored in the top plate 9 are closed, and conversely, the shutter plate 14 is closed.
When the shutter plate 14 slides and the air supply hole 13 of the front wall 8 is closed by the shutter plate 14, the air supply hole 1 of the top plate 9 closes.
The ventilation holes 15, 15' are bored in a staggered manner as shown by dotted arrows in FIG. 3 so that the air supply holes 13' and 3' communicate with each other and open the air supply hole 13'. Therefore, by sliding the shutter plate 14 by a predetermined amount left and right using the operating grip 16 shown in FIG.
3' are opened and closed alternately, and one set of air supply holes 13, 13' is always open. In the above embodiment, the ventilation holes 15, 1
5' has been described in a staggered manner, but the same effect can be obtained even if this is reversed and the air supply holes 13, 13' are arranged in a staggered manner, and the ventilation holes 15, 15' are arranged in a staggered manner. does not require

The present application is constructed as described above, and outside air enters the air supply box 1 from the intake hole 4 through the through hole 18 of the sound deadening plate 17', but when the outside air passes through the through hole 18, the once compressed air is regenerated. Noise is attenuated by the so-called "resonant silencing effect," in which noise is muted by diffusion. Experiments have shown that this silencing effect is most effective when the aperture ratio is 50% or less, and taking into consideration the fact that nets used for screens etc. do not have the above effect, in this application, as mentioned above, the aperture ratio is 50%. % or less punched metal, expanded metal, etc. are used. The noise is muffled by the sound deadening plate 17', and the air that enters the air supply box 1 passes through the bent air passage 2.
0, the noise is absorbed and interfered by the sound absorption effect of the sound absorbing material 22 and the interference effect of the refraction path, and the noise is further muffled by the sound deadening plate 17 on the front wall 8 side, The air is supplied into the room B through the air supply holes 13, 13' which are open on either side of the top plate 9. Therefore, in the present application, the outside air supplied to the room B is muted and sound-absorbed by the two sound deadening plates 17, 17' and the sound absorbing material 20, so most of the noise is eliminated and no large noise is left in the room B. This allows for comfortable ventilation without any intrusion.

Needless to say, when using the ventilation system of the present application, it is desirable to open the air supply hole 13 bored in the front wall 8 as shown in Fig. 2 and introduce the maximum amount of air for ventilation. Manufacturers also provide guidance on the correct and proper use as described above. However, as mentioned above, users often use the device incorrectly and inappropriately, closing the air supply hole 13 in the front wall 8 and using fire because they do not want the outside air to directly hit their face. In this case, in conventional ventilation systems, the ventilation holes are completely closed, leading to accidents such as lack of oxygen. Therefore, as detailed above, the present application
Air supply holes 13, 13' are provided in the front wall 8 and the top plate 9, respectively.
When one set of air supply holes 13 is opened in the shutter plate 14, the other set of air supply holes 13' is closed.
When the top plate 9 opens, that of the top plate 9 closes and the front wall 8
When the air supply hole 13' of the top plate 9 is closed, the air supply hole 13' of the top plate 9 is configured to open, and the opening area of the air supply hole 13' of the top plate 9 can supply the minimum amount of air necessary for ventilation. Even in the case of inappropriate use as described above, the minimum required amount of outside air is always supplied, thereby preventing oxygen deficiency accidents. Since the outside air will be blown up from the top plate 9,
It will not hit your family directly in the face and cause discomfort,
It provides constant ventilation even when the user is unconscious and has no intention of ventilating.

As described above, the present application uses two sound deadening plates 17, 17'.
By muffling or absorbing the noise of the supplied outside air with the sound absorbing material 22, not only can external noise be effectively reduced and comfortable ventilation can be achieved, but also the front wall 8
By keeping either the air supply holes 13 or 13' drilled in the top plate 9 open at all times, oxygen deficiency accidents are prevented, and there is no need for active ventilation without the use of open flames. Even when the air supply hole 13 of the wall 8 is closed, the air supply hole 13' of the top plate 9 is always closed.
Since more outside air is supplied, contamination of indoor air can be prevented, and convection of indoor air can be promoted to effectively prevent heating and cooling.
