(2) Background of the technology When starne printing solder resist on a printed circuit board, printing misalignment occurs due to elongation of the work film, which is a problem. This tends to be particularly noticeable when the pattern pitch is long, so it is necessary to reduce the pattern pitch in advance in the work film state, taking into account the elongation caused by screen printing. Work films are usually manufactured from a master film by contact printing, but attempts have been made to further reduce printing in this process, and some have been put into practical use. However, with conventional film reduction printers, there are restrictions on the selection of the reduction amount, and there are also problems in terms of quality, such as not being able to achieve uniform exposure. The realization of a printing machine is desired.

is a stand, and a fixed drum 2 and a fluorescent light 3 are attached to the stand 1. At the time of printing, the master film 4 and the raw film 5 are fixed in close contact with each other on the circumference of the fixed drum 2, and the raw film 5 is exposed by irradiating the same with a fluorescent light.

By this method, as shown in the sectional view of FIG. 2, the image 4a of the master film 4 is reduced to the image 5a of the raw film 5 due to the difference between the radius of curvature R1 of the master film 4 and the radius of curvature R2 of the raw film 5. It will be done. In FIG. 2, the same parts as those shown in FIG. 1 are represented by the same reference numerals.

However, when using the above-mentioned film reduction printing machine, the illuminance distribution on the exposed surface is extremely different between the center and the edges of the film, and the amount of reduction is
Since this is determined by the diameter of the drum, it is inconvenient that the fixed drum must be replaced each time the amount of reduction is desired to be changed.

(4) Purpose of the Invention In view of the problems of the prior art described above, the present invention can be reduced to any size, and has a uniform illuminance distribution.
The object of the present invention is to provide a film reduction printing machine that is easy to handle.

(5) Structure of the Invention The object of the invention is to provide two side plates that can move in opposite directions on the same rotation axis, and an exposure belt that is in contact with the inclined surface of the side plates and is provided with tension. and a group of constant output springs for applying a tensile force to the exposure belt, and a light irradiation section consisting of a movable slit and a fluorescent light, with a flexible light-shielding plate between them. This is achieved by providing a film reduction and printing machine characterized by an interposed film.

FIG. 3a is an assembly diagram schematically showing the film reduction printer according to the present invention, and FIG. 3b is a partial cross-sectional view of the side plate of the printer. Two of them are provided so as to be able to interlock in opposite directions, that is, to move away from each other or toward the other. A conical inclined surface 11a is formed on one side of the end of the side plate 11, and the exposure belt 13 is disposed in contact with this inclined surface 11a to form a cylinder. The exposure belt 13 has one end fixed to a groove 11b formed in the end surface of the side plate 11,
In addition, the other end is a constant output spring group 1 provided separately.
4, it is always under tension. Therefore, if the side plates 11 are moved relative to each other as shown by the arrows A in the figure, the exposure belt 13 will follow the movement and move as shown in the figure. It moves in the vertical direction as shown by the middle B arrow, and the radius of curvature R can be changed arbitrarily.

On the other hand, apart from the above configuration, a fluorescent lamp 1 is used as a light source.
5 is provided, and a slit 16 is provided so that light is irradiated substantially perpendicularly to the exposure surface of the exposure belt 13. A flexible light shielding plate 17 is further connected to the slit 16 to prevent excess light from entering the exposed area.

With the above configuration, the master film 18 and raw film 1 are placed on the exposure belt 13 during printing.
9 are closely fixed, and light is irradiated while rotating the side plate 11 at a constant speed. With such exposure, as explained with reference to FIG. 2, reduction printing is possible due to the difference in the radius of curvature between the master film 18 and the raw film 19, and since the light hits the exposed surface almost perpendicularly, a homogeneous workpiece with no uneven exposure can be obtained. A film is produced. Furthermore, as described above, the exposure belt 1
Since the radius of curvature of No. 3 can be arbitrarily changed by moving the side plate 11, the amount of reduction of the film can also be arbitrarily selected.

(7) Effects of the Invention As explained in detail above, the present invention realizes a film reduction printing machine with a simple structure and easy handling, which enables reduction printing to any size. Not only this, but also a homogeneous master film with no exposure unevenness can be produced, which has great effects.
