筒体と、前記シヤフトと一体に、しかも前記円筒
体の外側に設けられその外周下端部に鍔を有する
スカート部と、該スカート部の外周に上下方向摺
動自在に嵌合された本体枠と、該本体枠の内側に
回転自在かつ等配に枢支された少くとも2個の爪
部材と、前記円筒体の外周下端部に固定されると
ともに爪部材に設けられた長穴を摺動する揺動ピ
ンを一端に有する連結部材と、前記カムに形成さ
れ前記ピンが摺動自在に嵌合すると共に前記シヤ
フトの上下動により該ピンを連続した一方向にの
みに案内して前記円筒体の揺動ピンにより前記爪
部材の開閉動を行なわせる連続状の曲線溝とによ
り構成されたことを特徴とする。
