【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は転炉の測温サンプリング装置に関す
る、更に詳しくはプローブを使用して転炉内の溶
鋼の温度を測定し同時に溶鋼サンプルを採取する
装置に関する。

に差込み溶鋼に浸漬させて行はれているが、高温
のため作業環境が悪く、安全性にも問題がある。
このような問題の解決のために自由に伸縮し傾動
するサンプリング機構及び測温機構を取付けた走
行台車を炉前に設置することも行はれているが台
車が炉外から炉心に向う方向に進退するように配
置されるから出鋼時に取鍋に添加する合金鉄等の
段取等他の作業との関係から、走行台車を測温作
業時以外は遠隔位置に待機させる必要がある。こ
のため吹錬を終了した繁忙時に走行台車を迅速に
所要位置に据付けることが困難になり作業能率を
低下させている。本考案は転炉内の溶鋼の温度を
測定しサンプルを採取する従前の作業に起るこの
種の問題を解決することを狙いとするものであ
る。

る走行台車を備えた転炉の測温ならびにサンプル
採取装置を得ることにある。

の中間部分に油圧シリンダー21の作動端を接続
させている。油圧シリンダー21の反対端は測温
サンプリング台車3に取付けられている。鞘部材
6に取付けられたテレスコープ構造の測温杆5は
左端にプローブ7を取付けている。図示されてい
ないが、測温杆5を鞘部材6から出入させる適宜
の駆動機構が設けられる。

ができる(第3及び7図)。
