Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve an efficiency without damaging paint on the outercircumference of magnetic material, in a carrying device for magnetic material such as film patrone having non-magnetic material at one end, by constructing such that the work in the second row on a stock conveyor is held through pushing then the work in the first row is transferred while magnetically adsorbing laterally. CONSTITUTION:When transferring, a magnet arm 21 is advanced/retracted to magnetically adsorb a film patrone 3b in the frontmost row on a stock conveyor 1 and transfer onto a discharge conveyor 19. Here, the film patrone 3a in the second row is held by holding unit 9 through pushing. After transferring, the holding unit 9 is released to advance the conveyor 1 by a single row. With such arrangement, it can be transferred without damaging the painted outercircumferential face of magnetic material.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention relates to a film cartridge for camera film, etc.
The present invention relates to a magnetic material transfer device that transfers a substantially cylindrical magnetic material having a non-magnetic material at one end to the next step in a fixed amount in a manufacturing process or the like.

Conventionally, as a transfer device for film cartridges, a container in which a large number of film cartridges are accumulated is inverted, dropped onto a belt conveyor, and conveyed by the conveyor (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-64729). Transfer devices include vibration transfer using a vibrating feeder, chucking transfer using a robot, and the like.

However, in the conventional apparatus, there is a risk that the film cartridges come into contact with each other during transport and damage the coated outer periphery of the film cartridges. For this reason, in the case of recent film cartridges that have patterns such as film sensitivity printed on their outer peripheral surfaces, there is a problem in that the patterns are damaged and the functions of the patterns are inhibited. Further, in the conventional transfer device, the film cartridge is sent in an irregular posture, which requires a large transfer space, which causes a slow working speed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention arranges and places substantially cylindrical magnetic bodies on a stock conveyor in a pre-process, presses and holds at least the second row from the front row, and uses an electromagnetic attraction type magnetic body. A magnetic arm magnetically attracts the magnetic material in the front row on the stock conveyor and transfers it onto the discharge conveyor.

A magnet arm 21 is provided above the discharge conveyor 19 as a transfer means for transferring the film cartridge 3 from the stock conveyor 1. This magnet arm 21 has a pair of yokes 23 in the shape of a broken circuit, and an electromagnetic coil 25 is provided on the yokes 23 . Then, a horizontal magnetic field A is applied to the upper side 23b of the yoke 23.
This is so that it occurs. This magnetic arm 21
has a length that makes contact with the entire row of film cartridges 3b in the front row lined up on the stock conveyor 1, and is moved between the stock conveyor 1 and the discharge conveyor 19 by a drive device to be described later.

During transfer, the magnet arm 21 is moved back and forth to attract the film cartridges 3b in the front row on the stock conveyor 1 by magnetic force, and transfer them onto the discharge conveyor 19 one line at a time. In this case, since the holding device 9 presses and holds the film cartridge 3a in the second row from the front, even if the film cartridge 3a in the second row is magnetically attracted via the film cartridge 3b in the first row, the film cartridge 3a in the front row Only things can be transported. After the transfer, the holding device 9 is released, the stock conveyor 1 is operated, and the second film cartridge 3a from the front row is pressed and held again.
