拌翼の水中における昇降経路を囲繞するように配
置し、この筒状体の上端を作業船に取付けて水面
より上方に開口させ、上記筒状体を伸縮させて筒
状体の下端を水底面に接離させる伸縮駆動手段を
作業船に設けてなることを特徴とする水底軟弱地
