同一寸法の管体を、固定部材に固着間寸法が各々
等しくなるように両端部を固着するとともに各管
体を順次に直列に被測定流体が流れるように接続
して流路を形成し、中央の管体を固有振動数で駆
動、検出し、固有振動数の変化から密度を求める
