を形成した定真空式気化器であつて、負圧応動弁
カバー１４に；負圧応動弁９の最大開放時におい
て、負圧応動弁９の上部と対接する高開度規制部
１４Ａを設けるとともに、負圧応動弁９の高開度
状態において、受圧室Ｐ内で、且つ高開度規制部
１４Ａの内方に形成される内室Ｐ１と、高開度規
制部１４Ａの外方に形成される外室Ｐ２とを連通
する連通溝３０を前記高開度規制部１４Ａに穿設
してなる定真空式気化器。 前記連通溝３０の溝面積を負圧応動弁９に穿
設せる負圧導入孔１５の孔面積より大としてなる
