などの果物及びハム、チーズ、ソーセージ等の加
工食品やサーモン、魚類等の輪切り器に関し、特
に、所望厚さの輪切りが能率的に、しかも、安全
に行いうるようにして一般家庭の台所用品等とし
て使用価値の高い製品を安価に提供するものであ

案内板3は>形切断刃2の終端付近までとして切
断された輪切片bが切断された直後に後方へ落下
しその下部に備えた受け皿等の容器内へ確実に収
納されるようになつている。また、天板1の両側
縁に凸条8,8を設けて被切断物Bの移動時にこ
れが天板1上から外れるのを防いでいるが、この
凸条8,8は>形切断刃2自体がガイド性をもつ
