Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) クロスヘツドのニツプルホルダに押出コン
パウンドの流路をなす斜面からニツプルランドの
中ほどにコンパウンドの押出方向に傾斜して到達
する押出コンパウンドの副流路が設けられ、且つ
ニツプルランドの内径が副流路の到達点の後方よ
り前方を僅かに大きくしたニツプルを装着し、ダ
イスホルダにはダイスランドの中ほど全周に環状
刳溝を設けたダイスを装着してなることを特徴と
する充実シース押出成形装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項において、
上記ダイスランドの内径を刳溝の後方より前方を
やや大きく設定したことを特徴とする充実シース
押出成形装置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項において、
上記押出コンパウンドの副流路がニツプルランド
に到達した内面にその全周に亘る環状凹溝を設け
てなることを特徴とする充実シース押出成形装置
。
