Claims (1)
- 先端にペン芯や刷毛等を嵌着して後端面からこ
の先端部まで縦孔を開通せしめた先軸の側面に縦
孔と交叉する断面円形の横孔を開設し、円柱体の
側面に導孔を開通すると共に円柱体の頭部にレバ
ーを突設してなる可動栓を上記先軸の横孔にレバ
ーを外部に露出させた状態で嵌着し、当該可動栓
をレバーの操作により導孔と縦孔とが連通する角
度から導孔と縦孔とが連通しない角度の範囲で回
動自在としてなる筆記具、化粧品等の液体塗布具
。
