すように、チヤツクハンドル5のハンドル部20
と係合するリブ21、歯車部22の付根と係合す
るリブ23を形成し、該リブ21,23にてチヤ
ツクハンドル5収納時に、チヤツクハンドル5の
収納支持を行う。又、前記取手部3下部の開口部
4に、一端部8を前記ハウジング1,2とで挾持
枢着させ、他端部9を前記ハウジング1,2と係
止する係止部10を形成した弾性部材で成形した
カバー7を設置したものである。前記カバー7と
ハウジング1,2の枢着部24は、前記カバー7
の両側に凸形状25を形成し、これに対向して前
記ハウジング1,2にそれぞれ凹形状26を形成
し、前記カバー7を前記ハウジング1,2により
挾持枢着する。前記カバー7の開閉は、該カバー
7の縁部27を引き外すことにより前記カバー7
の係止部10が弾性変形し、前記ハウジングの係
止部28より外れ開くことができる。一方、閉じ
る場合は、前記カバー7の端部29を押すことに
より前記係止部10が弾性変形し、前記ハウジン
グの係止部28に係止して閉じる。さらに、前記
カバー7のチヤツクハンドル5のハンドル端部6
が当接する部分に、弾性部材で形成されたクツシ
ヨン11を配し、該クツシヨン11の弾性力にて
チヤツクハンドル5のハンドル端部6を押し付
け、前記チヤツクハンドル5を前記取手部3に当
