Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a perfume-containing printing ink capable of imparting perfume to any printable material, by mixing a perfume to zeolite immediately after drying the zeolite and adding the zeolite mixture together with an antioxidant to a printing ink. CONSTITUTION:Zeolite is dried and mixed with a perfume without delay to effect the adsorption of the perfume. The mixture is added together with an antioxidant to a printing ink to obtain the objective perfume-containing ink.

Conventional methods for adding fragrance to synthetic resin products include
There are three well-known methods for mixing fragrances in the manufacturing process. For example, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-50058, a fragrance characterized by mixing a dry powder of a cyclodextrin packaging compound as a flavoring agent with a thermoplastic synthetic resin material and molding the mixture. A method for manufacturing a synthetic resin product having the following is shown.

For example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-2322 describes a method for manufacturing rubber or synthetic resin gloves with an aromatic layer coated on the fingertips.
After immersing only the fingertips of a metal or ceramic glove in rubber latex or vinyl chloride paste containing an aromatic agent, heat and dry to form a semi-gelled aromatic layer on the fingertips. The entire glove body is immersed once or several times in rubber latex or vinyl chloride paste that does not contain aromatic agents, heated, and dried to form a gel, and then peeled off from the glove mold. A method of manufacturing a glove made of rubber or synthetic resin in which the fingertips are coated with an aromatic layer characterized by the following is disclosed.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in any of these methods, the product is limited to synthetic resin or rubber, and it is necessary to heat the product during the manufacturing process. However, this invention does not involve heating during the manufacturing process, and the product is not limited to synthetic resin or rubber, but can be printed on any material that can be printed. The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to impart a fragrance to products of 0.Means for Solving the Problem This invention aims to efficiently mix a fragrance into printing ink by using a fragrance adsorbent. By using zeolite and making use of the selective adsorption ability unique to zeolite, the fragrance mixed in the printing ink is kept emitting a fragrance for a long period of time. This allows the product to continue emitting a fragrance for a long period of time.

Adsorbents for fragrances include activated carbon, (B) silica gel, alumina gel, and (C) zeolite, but activated carbon is black in color, so it cannot be used for colors other than black when mixed into ink. CB )'s silica gel alumina gel is colorless and white, but it has a low affinity for organic substances, and although it has good adsorption power immediately after mixing, it evaporates quickly and has a short fragrance duration. Although the adsorbent and (B) i have the disadvantages mentioned above, the zeolite (C) is white in color and can be mixed with ink to produce various tones, has a strong affinity for organic matter, and has a long-lasting aroma. In this invention, we decided to use zeolite as a fragrance adsorbent because it has the advantage of being long-lasting.

However, zeolite has a great ability to absorb moisture from the atmosphere, so in order to remove that moisture and allow a large amount of fragrance to enter, the zeolite was dried and immediately mixed with fragrance.

Example Next, an example of the present invention will be shown. An antioxidant is dissolved in toluene to make a 5% solvent, and in order to remove water contained in the zeolite, the zeolite is heated to 100% in a dryer.
℃ for 60 minutes or more, then lowered by 25℃ every 15 minutes, and after 60 minutes lowered to 15℃-25℃, which was immediately mixed into the fragrance and mixed into the printing ink together with the above antioxidant. It is something to do.

Function and Effect Since zeolite is used as a fragrance adsorbent, a large amount of fragrance can be mixed into the printing ink, so when printed on products with the fragrance-containing printing ink of this invention, it has the effect of releasing fragrance for a long period of time. This has the advantage that the manufacturing process is simple.
