心として回動自在に支承すると共にドラムの中に
ゼンマイを装入し、当該ゼンマイの内端を突杆状
軸に同じく外端をドラムの外周壁に夫々係止し、
また巻取軸に帯状物をゼンマイとは反対巻きとし
て巻き止めこの帯状物の外端を上記のケースの外
周壁に設けられた引出口より引出および戻込自在
