色が防止されることが報告されているにすぎな
い。しかしループカーは酸洗の能率向上を目的と
して設置されたものであつてそれ自体に必ずしも
変色防止の効果はなく、また既存の設備に上記ル
ープカーを採用するにはそのための改造費用が非
常に大きく、新しく酸洗ラインを設置する場合以
外は実際的な方策とは言えない。

酸洗済みの鋼板は該鋼板収容空間内に収容されて
いる間に乾燥が強制的に行われる。該収容空間の
鋼板入側は酸洗槽雰囲気からは遮断されている。
すなわち、前記リンガーロール3の上部と下部に
は塩酸ヒユームの侵入防止のために遮蔽板10と
エアカーテン11が設置されており、さらに塩酸
ヒユームと鋼板との接触を確実に防止するために
後続の一連のロール4,5を該空間内に設け、好
ましくは各ロールの間に鋼板下部からのエアブロ
ー吹き付け用ノズル12を設けて鋼板の強制的乾
