２５′はダクト、８，２１はコンベヤー、９は粉
粒体移送設備、１０，３０はダクト、１１，３１
はバツグフイルター、１２，３２は吸引フアン、
１３は集塵設備、１４はフードの先端部、１５は
容器の底面、２２は粉粒体移送装置、２３は集塵
装置、２６，２９はシユート、３３はシートであ
る。
