第一の不織布4と他面に目付重量10g/m2以
上の第二の不織布5とを重ね合わせ、その両面か
らニードルパンチを施してなる基材層1の、前記
第二の不織布5側に、低融点接着成分6と高融点
骨格成分7とよりなる芯鞘型複合繊維8よりなる
目付重量が10〜100g/m2の不織布の表皮
層2を重ね合わせて、該表皮層2側からニードル
パンチを施し、前記表皮層2の表面を加熱押圧し
て前記複合繊維8を溶着してなり、且つ前記表皮
層2と前記第二の不織布5との目付重量の和が、
前記第一の不織布4の目付重量よりも小さいこと
