Claims (1)
シートの、前記透明電極の周辺部上に、部分的に
外部引出し用リードの端部を仮止めテープで仮止
めし、この第１のシートに、背面電極と反射絶縁
層と発光層を積層した第２のシートを、両シート
の透明電極と発光層と対向させて積層したＥＬ素
子を、透明な外皮フイルムで熱圧着封止したもの
において、 前記仮止めテープを、前記第２のシートの端面
よりリードの引出し方向側に食い出させたことを
