Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、ホテル客室やマンシヨン等の間仕切
壁構造に係り、特に、間仕切壁を外気処理と空調
処理に有効利用するようにしたエアーウオールユ
ニツトに関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a partition wall structure for hotel guest rooms, condominiums, etc., and particularly to an air wall unit in which the partition wall is effectively used for outside air processing and air conditioning processing.
ホテル客室やマンシヨン等の室内空間の有効面
積を可及的に拡大しようとする要求に対し、空気
処理設備もこの要求に沿わねばならない。このた
め、従来、窓台下の空間やバスユニツトとワード
ロープ間天井内等の天井裏空間を利用したり、通
路を区切つたりして、空気処理設備を配置する工
夫がなされてきた。しかし、このような天井裏や
狭い通路等にこれを設置配管する場合には施工性
が悪く、メインテナンス作業もやつかいである。
しかも外気処理も各室個別に行なうには無理が伴
い、集中方式の採用を余儀なくされる結果、イニ

本発明は、このようなホテル客室等の空調設備
に伴う前記の如き諸問題を解決すべくなされたも
ので、室を形成するための間仕切壁の厚みを空気
処理空間に有効利用し、各室ごとの外気処理を可
能とすると共に空調設備の占有床面積の大巾な低
減を達成し、しかも間仕切壁としての機能を損な
わないように工夫したエアーウオールユニツトを
提供するものである。すなわち本発明は、床から
天井に至る柱状空洞を、室を形成するための間仕
切壁内に設け、この柱状空洞を外気処理用柱状空
間と空調器用柱状空間に分割し、空調器用柱状空
間内に少なくともフアンおよび熱交換器からなる
空調用機器を設置すると共にこの空調器用柱状空
間の室内に面する壁面に空気吸込口および空気吹

まず背合せ型ユニツトの例を説明すると、第1
図に示す如く、このユニツトは、建物の外壁1に

T型仕切板4によつてさらに3つの細い柱状空間
に分割されている。そしてこのT型仕切板4によ
つて、外壁側に外気処理用柱状空間5を、外壁と
は離れた側に互いに背合わせされた2つの空調器
用柱状空間6aと6bが形成される。この空調器
用柱状空間6aと6bは、間仕切壁2によつて区
画される両方の室のそれぞれの空調用に独立して
供され、各々には後述する如き空調機器が収納さ
れており、各室に面する側には空気吸込口7およ
びこれと切換可能な吸込口7′と、空気吹出口8
およびこれと切換可能な吹出口8′が取付けてあ
る。また外気処理用柱状空間5は、外気取入通路
となる他に、熱源水往管9、還管10およびドレ
ン管11を収容するシヤフトともなつている。こ
の外気処理用柱状空間5および背合せの空調器用
柱状空間6a,6bは1体的にユニツト化したも
の、あるいは各々が独立したものを現場で組み合
わせて構成して取付けられるが、床から天井に至
る間仕切壁または柱の1部として室構成部材の1
員となる。そして、各柱状空間5,6a,6bは
室内に面するケーシング面にクロスその他の内装
材が貼られ、空調設備の従来の外観とはおよそ異
る外観を呈することになる。また、各柱状空間
5,6a,6bの室内に面するケーシングは蝶番
によつて開閉可能な扉として、内部全体を随時点

間6aと6bは空間5から独立した風道によつて
導くようにし、空間6aと6bは吹出口および吸
込口が各室に向くように互い違いになつている。
