Conventional flame detection devices that detect ultraviolet rays, etc. are either inserted into a sight hole provided in the combustion equipment, etc., and fixed with a flame eye that detects ultraviolet rays, etc., or installed at a separate location in the combustion equipment, etc. or the furnace body, etc. It was necessary to machine a through hole and install a frame eye so that the frame could be viewed directly. In this case, the former has the disadvantage that it is impossible to confirm and observe with the naked eye the presence or absence of flame, etc., the shape of the flame, and the combustion state of the flame. It becomes necessary to provide a through hole in the side wall of the furnace body. Moreover, in the latter case, it is impossible to perforate the burner tiles or the side walls of the furnace body, which are affected by high-temperature combustion heat, and it is necessary to replace the combustion equipment with an improved combustion device that has multiple holes. . In this case, there is a loss due to the disposal of the existing combustion equipment and an expensive cost associated with the installation of a new combustion equipment. Furthermore, in order to add holes to new and improved combustion equipment, it is necessary to create multiple through holes in the burner tile, which causes thermal distortion due to the effects of high-temperature combustion heat and significantly reduces the strength of the burner tile. Therefore, there is a drawback that the combustion device cannot be used for a long period of time.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and also to enable simultaneous visual confirmation of the presence or absence of flame, etc., thereby enabling early detection of malfunctions of flame detection devices, etc., and preventing unexpected accidents caused by malfunctions of detection devices. It is possible to prevent this from happening, and furthermore, it is possible to constantly observe the shape of the flame, the combustion state of the flame, etc. by visual inspection. As a result, early detection of damage to the combustion equipment and burner tiles, etc., as well as poor combustion caused by improper adjustment of fuel or combustion air, etc. is possible, and flames are always formed in a good shape and are stable. By maintaining this combustion state, it is possible to prevent unexpected accidents due to poor ignition and extinguishing of flames, etc., and it also contributes to improving combustion efficiency and heating efficiency.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to illustrative figures. In FIG. 1, an aperture 2 is provided at one end of a cylindrical body 1 through which light rays generated from a flame or the like enter, and a protection tube 4 containing a flame eye 6 for detecting ultraviolet rays or the like is connected to the other end. Hole 2 and frame eye 6
A filter 5 capable of transmitting detection light such as ultraviolet rays and reflecting a part of visible light is positioned at an arbitrary angle on the incident light axis midway between the cylindrical body 1 and the T-branch tube. A filter 7 capable of transmitting visible light while not transmitting detection light such as ultraviolet rays is located within the end of the shaped body on the axis of the reflected light of the filter 5, and an opening 12 is located on the axis of the filter 7.
A cooling air intake hole 8 is provided in the cylindrical body 1 at an arbitrary position between the opening 2 and the filter 5. The frame eye 6 may be inserted directly into the cylindrical body 1 at the same position without being inserted into the protective tube 4. In this case, the protective tube 4 becomes unnecessary. The filter 7 is for preventing ultraviolet rays from outside the furnace from reaching the flame eye through the opening 12 and causing malfunction. FIG. 2 is a drawing in which an auxiliary adapter 9 is used to change the mounting direction of the frame eye attachment with sight hole. In FIG. 2, a part of the auxiliary adapter 9 is provided with an aperture 3 through which the light beam generated in the furnace is incident, and a reflecting mirror 11 capable of fully reflecting all the light beams incident on the axis thereof is positioned at an arbitrary angle. An aperture 10 connected to the aperture 2 of the main body 1 is provided on the axis of the reflected light beam.

By configuring as described above, the opening portion 2,
3, the light rays entering the filter 5 directly reach the filter 5 in FIG. 1, and reach the filter 5 via the reflecting mirror 11 in FIG. It reaches the frame eye 6 which detects the detection beam. The flame eye 6 detects detection light such as ultraviolet rays and sends the signal to a detection device. On the other hand, a part of the light beam that has reached the filter 5 is filtered through the filter 5 provided at an arbitrary angle.
The light is reflected on the surface of the filter, passes through the filter 7 located on its axis, and passes through the sight hole having the aperture 12. By looking directly through the aperture 12 of the sight hole in a direction opposite to the direction in which the light beam passes, the source of the light beam, such as a flame, can be seen with the naked eye through the filter 5 in FIG. 1 and through the filter 5 and reflector 11 in FIG. can be observed directly. The filter 7 does not transmit detection light rays detected by the frame eye 6, such as ultraviolet rays, among the light rays incident from the outside of the sight hole aperture 12, and no misidentified light rays enter the frame eye 6. Therefore, malfunction of the flame detection device does not occur.

The presence or absence of flame etc. is detected using a flame eye with the light beam entering from the single opening, and at the same time the presence or absence of flame etc., the shape of the flame etc. and the combustion state etc. are observed using the naked eye through the sight hole provided in the adapter. It can be confirmed. Further, the detection device or the sight hole can be easily installed without requiring modification or replacement of the existing combustion equipment or modification of the furnace body, etc., and does not require high costs.
